Returns

You have the right to ‘withdraw’, i.e. cancel your order (without having to give a reason) up to 14 days after having received it, provided the product seal is unbroken. Once you have broken the seal your purchase is definitive and the product can no longer be returned.

If you make use of this right of withdrawal, then after announcing your cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product to us. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including the original postal costs. The only cost to you is that of returning the package to our distribution centre. This usually costs about £ 6.95 per package; for the exact amount, consult the postal service website.

To make use of the right of withdrawal, first let us know by sending an email to info@do.min-it.nl. We will then repay you the full order cost within 14 days, provided the product has been returned in good order.
