AlphaVit treats your personal details with the greatest of care. We do everything we can to safeguard the reliability, security and integrity of our customer data.

We protect your privacy in the following ways:
– Your personal information is never made available to third parties.
– Your details are only shown on your invoice.
– Your transaction details are encrypted during internet transport.
– We use your email address only to contact you.
– If you do not wish to receive our newsletters, a simple ‘unsubscribe’ link is included at the bottom of each one.

When you order a product from AlphaVit we will ask you for the following details:
– Your name, address and telephone number. We use this information to ensure that your product is correctly delivered.
– Your email address, so that we can keep you informed about your order.

These details are encrypted during internet transport.

To be able to store the details of your basket, we use a so-called ‘cookie’. This is only stored while your browser is open; as soon as you close your browser, the cookie is deleted. Like all webshops we also use a cookie to know which pages are being visited and which parts of our website are being used most often. This helps us to make our website perfect for what our customers want. We do not use this data to create visitor profiles.

Changing or checking your details:
You have the right to see your own details at all times, and to have them changed or removed. If you want to change contact details that you supplied while making an order, the best thing to do is to contact us by email so that we can change them in time.

Secure link:
On the internet we always use an SSL-secured connection when asking you to send us your details. You can recognize this connection by the ‘padlock’ icon that Internet Explorer shows at the bottom of the screen and which other browsers show at the top. AlphaVit always takes the greatest possible precautions with its customer details.
